Unable to Launch the App

If you have an issue once you try to launch the Streamster desktop app, please pay attention to the error message that you can see below the authorization form:

Wrong user name/password or your account is not active” – likely you’re using the wrong credentials. Please use this link to recover your password or to remind your user name. Please note, that the user name may be different from your e-mail.

Server overload” – likely you’re using a very old and outdated version of the app. Please download the new one at
