Stream to Platform Error
Case
The channel is highlighted red and the stream doesn’t start.
Solution
Make sure that you copied the correct Stream Key (for some platforms, also RTMP URL) to the channel settings. If needed, read our manuals. If you’re sure that your settings are correct, but the stream still doesn’t start, please contact our support team.
Case
The video quality is low / the bitrate is unstable.
Solution
Check the stream bitrate.
- – If the bitrate is lower than you set and/or unstable, check bitrate troubleshooting recommendations.
- – If the bitrate is stable and equals (+/- 10%) the value you set, improve your video quality. Read more about video quality settings.
